Equipment & Asset Management
OPALS equipment and asset management module records IT asset data, where the resources are located, and to whom they have been loaned. This optional module can be added to a library’s core OPALS program.
Equipment / asset management can be implemented apart from OPALS library management program for institutions, districts or regions wishing to manage all of their IT assets apart from the library system. Some districts use this module to manage tens of thousands calculators, Chromebooks, tablets, projectors, laptops, netbooks, desktops, printers, routers and more.
